Senior Project Manager - Business Development
About Us: Based in the South Coast region of Western Australia on Noongar Country, South Coast Natural Resource Management (SCNRM) is an independent, community-driven organisation that provides leadership and expertise in natural resource management, conservation, sustainability, and enhancing community capacity.

Our Purpose: To lead and facilitate the stewardship of natural resources for the benefit of our economy and future generations.
Position Overview: We are seeking a strategic thinker with expertise in nature finance, natural capital, or related fields such as sustainable investment, public-private partnerships, social impact funding, or emerging environmental markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working effectively with the private sector while demonstrating the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and drive impactful projects that deliver tangible benefits for both the regional community and the environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance funding for regional natural resource initiatives.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including agricultural and forestry businesses, government agencies, Traditional Owners, NGOs, and catchment groups.
- Lead the development of projects that support our vision of community and environmental stewardship.
- Analyse market trends and opportunities to drive strategic decision-making.
- Prepare high-level reports, proposals, and communications to share insights and progress with stakeholders and investors.
Position Details:
Location: Negotiable (with a preference for candidates based in the South Coast region)
Employment Type: 0.8-1.0 FTE, Fixed Term for 2 years with the possibility of extension
Salary: Up to $145,000 p.a. plus superannuation

South Coast NRM is seeking an enthusiastic administration all-rounder to support the day-to-day operations of our business. The Administration Officer will support a varied range of activities, including HR administration, contract administration, building & vehicle maintenance, work health and safety coordination, information technology support and other administrative services.
The position will be based in Albany, WA and is offered up to 0.8 FTE.

FINANCE Officer

South Coast NRM is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to join our Business Services team. This role is central to the smooth operation of our financial systems and supports staff across the organisation. You’ll manage day‑to‑day financial processes, including payroll, ensure accurate record‑keeping, and contribute to monthly and statutory reporting.
If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment, have strong bookkeeping and payroll experience, and thrive on delivering high‑quality internal service, we’d love to hear from you.
The position will be based in: Albany, WA
Employment Type: Permanent, 0.6 FTE (3 days per week)
Salary: $80,000 p.a. plus superannuation (pro-rata for FTE)
