Executive Assistant

Position Overview: South Coast NRM is seeking an enthusiastic Executive Assistant all-rounder to support the day-to-day operations of the CEO and Senior Leadership Team. This is a varied and rewarding role within a purpose-driven organisation doing meaningful work across the South Coast region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO and Senior Leadership Team with day-to-day tasks and general administrative needs
- Assist with organising Board and Sub-committee meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and tracking follow-up actions
- Help maintain Board governance processes and ensure policies are kept up to date
- Provide friendly and reliable administrative support to Board Directors when needed
- Carry out general administrative duties and assist with tasks as directed by the CEO
Position Details:
The position will be based in Albany, WA and is offered up to 0.6 FTE, with flexibility on days and hours.

Program Lead - Esperance

Position Overview: South Coast NRM is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Program Lead to join our Esperance team. This role will lead program delivery in Esperance and provide supervision for Esperance-based staff and provide strategic direction and stakeholder management within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and coordinating program delivery in Esperance in line with organisational priorities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with community, industry, government and project partners
- Supervising and supporting Esperance-based staff
- Contributing to project planning, implementation, reporting and continuous improvement
- Representing South Coast NRM in Esperance and supporting regional collaboration opportunities with stakeholder groups
- Project and financial management of assigned project/s. Lead effective delivery of project activities and outcomes, including environmental survey design and implementation and ecological monitoring and evaluation.
- People management responsibilities, including recruitment, supervision, and monitoring of staff to ensure they fulfil the responsibilities of their roles.

- Project reporting in accordance with internal and head contract requirements including status reports on activities, schedule, budget and project acquittals.
- Liaise with and coordinate key stakeholders to foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure effective project delivery of field-based activities including events, monitoring and operational outcomes.
- Plan and coordinate delivery of field-based activities including events, monitoring and operational outcomes.
- Utilise analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during project lifecycles and program delivery.

The Administration Officer will support a varied range of activities, including HR administration, contract administration, building & vehicle maintenance, work health and safety coordination, information technology support and other administrative services.

South Coast NRM is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to join our Business Services team. This role is central to the smooth operation of our financial systems and supports staff across the organisation. You’ll manage day‑to‑day financial processes, including payroll, ensure accurate record‑keeping, and contribute to monthly and statutory reporting.
If you enjoy working in a collaborative environment, have strong bookkeeping and payroll experience, and thrive on delivering high‑quality internal service, we’d love to hear from you.
The position will be based in: Albany, WA
Employment Type: Permanent, 0.6 FTE (3 days per week)
Salary: $80,000 p.a. plus superannuation (pro-rata for FTE)
