Governance
We are pleased to offer NRM community groups in the south coast region guidance documents to assist compliance with the new Associations Incorporation Act 2015. We encourage groups to use these documents for updating their Constitution and ongoing compliance with the Associations Incorporation Act 2015.
This forms part of the Increasing Capability and Resilience of the South Coast NRM Community Project (2016-2018), which was supported by funding from the Western Australian Government’s State NRM Program, supported by Royalties for Regions.
