Announcing Grants for NRM Professional Development

South Coast Natural Resource Management is offering grants for professional development to people working and volunteering in natural resource management on the South Coast.

The grants are in response to community-requests for targeted training, professional development and improving governance to assist NRM in our region. Professional development can improve skills, knowledge and confidence to help the sustainability, management of NRM community groups.

Three grant categories are being offered:

  • NRM Organisations up to $1000 for group training
  • NRM Officers up to $750 per staff member, maximum two applications per group
  • NRM Volunteers up to $750 for individual training to contribute to NRM in the region.


You are invited to complete and submit the application form before 30 June 2021 to be considered for professional development support. Application form is available here.


Applications need to comply with criteria and guidelines below and successful applicants will be advised by 7 July 2021.
