Corporate Services Officer

South Coast Natural Resource Management Inc, the peak regional body for Natural Resource Management (NRM) on the South Coast of Western Australia, is seeking an experienced corporate services officer.

The role would suit you if you are self-motivated and have good communication skills, a strong attention to detail and a results driven approach to your work. You will be able to work autonomously or in a small team, can manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines whilst supporting the senior management team using a supportive and cooperative focus.

We would like to encourage applicants with a variety of relevant backgrounds, skills and experience for this multifaceted and interesting role.

This role is being advertised as an anticipated vacancy and is dependent upon confirmation of National Landcare Program funding, to be finalised during May 2018. If confirmed, the position will commence on 1st July 2018 until June 2023.

It will be offered at a 0.6FTE but may be increased subject to successful funding outcomes.

Program Manager – Healthy Environments

South Coast Natural Resource Management Inc, the peak regional body for Natural Resource Management (NRM) on the South Coast of Western Australia, and is recognised as a leading not-for-profit organisation in Australia for coordinating and delivering environmental and sustainable primary-production outcomes. We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager. The Program Manager role is responsible for providing leadership to a range of stakeholders, reference committees and project officers in theme areas related to natural ecosystems, habitats, landscapes, marine and coastal environments across the South Coast region.

The core responsibility of the Program Manager is to liaise and consult with strategic partners to ensure the community are engaged in biodiversity, coastal and marine related NRM activities, helping to deliver positive NRM outcomes for the south coast region. The Program Manager must be able to build and maintain relationships, seek and acquire funding, and oversee the entire project cycle from development and contracting through to monitoring, evaluation and reporting.

The role requires a knowledgeable and experienced individual with strong communication and negotiation skills developed in a Natural Resource Management or equivalent field. We require a Program Manager with strengths in people, project and stakeholder management who can take project initiatives from concept to successful implementation. You will fit the role if you are self-motivated, can manage competing interests and deadlines, and enjoy a challenge.
